Accessible by our 15-minute boat ride from Port Moody, each yurt includes a private hot tub and everything you need to settle in and enjoy the simplicity of life on the coast.

How do we get to Cape Carraholly?
Cape Carraholly is accessible by water. Your stay includes a complimentary boat shuttle departing from Rocky Point in Port Moody. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes and is part of the experience itself.
Where can we park before the boat shuttle?
Free parking is available at 2545 Spring Street. Guests will receive parking registration instructions prior to arrival. Alternatively, paid parking is available at Moody Centre Station for approximately $3 per day, payable through the parking app.
What should we bring with us?
Because of our remote location, please arrive with all groceries, beverages, and personal items you’ll need for your stay. Once you arrive, there are no nearby stores or restaurants.
How many yurts are there?
Cape Carraholly features five unique yurts, each with its own character. Some are tucked away for added privacy, while others are located closer together for groups staying together.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Standard boat shuttle departures are at 4:00 PM for check-in and 10:00 AM sharp for check-out.
Are children welcome?
Cape Carraholly Retreat is a remote, oceanfront wilderness property with unfenced shorelines, hot tubs, wildlife, and other natural hazards. Young children are welcome only with prior approval and must remain under direct adult supervision at all times.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, although many guests choose to unplug and enjoy a few days away from screens.
Is Cape Carraholly suitable for a romantic getaway?
Absolutely. Many guests choose our yurts for anniversaries, birthdays, proposals, or simply a quiet weekend away together. The combination of waterfront views, private hot tubs, and boat-only access creates a setting that feels both intimate and memorable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund, and reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
