Opportunities at the retreat can vary throughout the year and may include housekeeping, property maintenance, guest support and other operational roles.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in people who are:
- Reliable and hardworking
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a wilderness setting
- Clear and reliable communicators
- Willing to pitch in where needed
Previous hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance or tourism experience can be an asset, but isn’t always required.
A Unique Place to Work
Cape Carraholly is water-access only, with boat transportation from Port Moody provided for scheduled shifts. Depending on the position and schedule, accommodation may also be available on working days.
It’s a workplace that’s a little different, surrounded by forest, coastline and the natural beauty of the BC coast.
